As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (calculated from when you received the item) according to the Act on distance contracts and off-premises contracts. You can write an address label yourself and pay the postage for the package.

Feel free to reuse the box that the product came in. If you don’t have the box left, it is of course fine to use some other packaging. The most important thing is that you package the return well and attach information where the order number and customer details appear so that we can see that the return comes from you.
Always save the receipt for the return until you have received confirmation from us that we have received the return.

If an error or damage occurs on a purchased item, it can be complained about.
Faults caused by normal wear and tear are not covered by the right of complaint.
Complaints to THM International must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, but no later than three years.
THM International reserves the right to offer a reasonable replacement for the defective item, such as: price reduction, new item or repurchase.
